The proposed projects are funded through ATP Cycle 2 and 3 for projects located in Boyle Heights and the Downtown Arts District. The projects are to improve pedestrian infrastructure including new sidewalks, sidewalk repairs, new pedestrian lighting, new continental crosswalks, and new curb ramps to improve connectivity within the community and to the Sixth Street Viaduct Replacement Project. The ATP Cycle 3 project also provides new cycle tracks / bike lanes / bike routes with a new traffic‐controlled intersection and a new shared street connecting to the new Sixth Street Viaduct Art Plaza. The Alliance Group Enterprise, Inc. (TAGE) is responsible for the preparation of all traffic warrants, traffic signals and pedestrian activated signal designs, utility investigation and pedestrian lighting designs for both projects. TAGE is also responsible for the coordination with LADWP to ensure that all design elements are consistent with the Underground Wiring District as well as the below ground EV charging station network.

CITY OF LOS ANGELES, BUREAU OF STREET SERVICES (STREETLA) ‐ TOS 701 BROADWAY/MANCHESTER ACTIVE TRANSPORTATION EQUITY PROJECTS (ATP CYCLE 4)

The proposed project is a 2.8‐mile corridor of Manchester Ave (from South Vermont Avenue to South Broadway Avenue) and South Broadway Avenue (from Manchester Avenue to Imperial Highway), located in South Los Angeles. The Project provides for pedestrian and cyclist enhancements, including the reduction in traffic lanes for a Class IV cycle track along Broadway, continental crosswalks, a center median pedestrian refuge island, sidewalk improvements, curb extensions, upgraded access ramps, and pedestrian signals. The Alliance Group Enterprise, Inc. (TAGE) irresponsible to perform various tasks including but not limited to utility, streetlight and pedestrian light design. Assisting in the community engagement and Proposition 218 with Council Office 8 and Bureau of Street lighting (BSL).

CITY OF LOS ANGELES, BUREAU OF STREET SERVICES (STREET LA) ‐ TOS 704 MISSION MILE SEPULVEDA PROJECT (ATP CYCLE 5): PA&ED PHASE

The proposed project is located in the northern region of Los Angeles’ San Fernando Valley, and spans Sepulveda Boulevard between Rayen Street and Rinaldi Street, with a segment extending north along Brand Boulevard to Memory Park Avenue. The Project will provide key connections to neighborhood parks as well as cultural sites including the new Brand Plaza, Andres Pico Adobe, Brand Park Memory Garden, Brand Park Community Center and the San Fernando Mission. This proposed project is also to support connections to two major LA Metro planned transit projects which are North San Fernando Valley Bus Rapid Transit and East San Fernando Valley Light Rail.
